Smiling Dorothy and Toto, her smart-eyed dog, live with Uncle Henry and Aunt Emma on a small farm in gray and dreary Kansas. One day a strong cyclone sweeps away the girl and the dog. Suddenly they are in the fantastic and crowded Land of Oz. How are they going to get back to Kansas now?
The Good Witch of the North advises Dorothy to seek the help of the awesome and terrible Wizard of Oz, who lives in the Emerald State.
And so begins an unlikely adventure, in the company of their new friends, the Scarecrow, the Tin Woodman and the Cowardly Lion.
