The Devil and Miss Prym
In a rugged area, lies the peaceful village of Viskos. Isolated and half-abandoned, it has about three hundred inhabitants, most of them old, the last generation of farmers and shepherds, who seem to be living in another era. One day, a mysterious stranger arrives in the village, accompanied by a demon!At least so says old Berta – a widow living in the village, who is famous not only for her intuition, but also for the communication she maintains with the spirit of her blessed husband – As soon as she sees the man. Through the mediation of Miss Prim, a young hotel employee whom he plans to buy out, the latter will make the villagers a terrible offer: if they murder one of their own, they will be rewarded with abundant gold bars, which will allow them to recover their lost prosperity.
Will Sandal Prim, who so yearns to change her life, become the stranger's accomplice? Will the community succumb to temptation, pointing to a scapegoat?
And, above all, can the outsider really hope that evil will prevail over good?
