The Source of Ischia
The story begins in 1889 in Istanbul... Or doesn't it? Place and time are dimensions in the bubble of history. Events run parallel or intersect like geographic coordinates. The heroes are cut off from their place or their loved ones to save what is most precious to them. They move away to finally find themselves at the core of their birth… Like salmon.
In 1901, a very lucky, illegitimate child is born in Constantinople. At the beginning of the Second World War he will be invited to salmon fishing. He won't even need to bait his rod. He unconsciously begins the journey from his own ocean against the current of the river of his existence.
